We are a boutique property management company that focuses on customer service rather than the number of properties served.  In order to do that, we limit the number of short term and second home properties we manage. 

We have determined the maximum number of short term rental properties we will serve is seven (7) and the maximum number of second homes we will serve is seven (7).

Short term management percentage fees are based on several factors such as the size of the home, guest amenities.  A flat fee is collected on all rental income, excluding cost collected to list the property for sale, federal, state and local taxes and cleaning fees. SRBPM will never add any service fee to rental income. 

Second home property management monthly flat fee is based on property owners needs and expectations.

All SRBPM contracts have a 30 day in writing termination clause.  We will not use one large contract to fit all properties.  Your contract will be individually tailored to your property and your needs.
