About this space
Family friendly home in prime Santa Rosa Beach with easy public beach access – relax and enjoy the white sand beaches of 30A. Public beach access is Gulfview Heights, located across from the entrance of our neighborhood. We are located within walking distance to several restaurants and shops including Gulf Place, Local Catch and ShunkGully. House comes with a street legal golf cart to bring gear to beach (drivers Lic. req.). This is the perfect family vacation location! No pool sorry!
The space
Open spacious living room, dining room and kitchen on the second floor with plenty of room for family gatherings. 3/4 bedroom, 3 bath with backyard and balconies off second-floor living area and master bedroom. Our beach house is newly furnished, including patio furniture, new TV’s and decor throughout. Public beach access is Gulf Heights located directly across from the entrance of our neighborhood. Bike rental and ice cream shop directly across the street. We love this area!
